What Does Build Mean to You?


   Supporting others in need is fundamental to our corporate philosophy. Our commitment to community doesn't just take the form of monetary donation - employees invest time and energy to many organizations doing good work in the communities where they live.

Cornerstone encourages volunteerism through a designated Day of Caring when all employees gather together at one charity to give a full day of our time. On our 25th anniversary, each Cornerstone employee was also gifted 25 hours away from their normal work duties to provide service to a community charity of their choice.

Individually, many of our employees give their enthusiastic support and executive expertise to their positions as Board Members or on Advisory Committees of many local foundations and charities, while others dedicate free time to actively participate in giving opportunities across the Pacific Northwest.
